Reporting directly to the AVP of Strategic Planning & Portfolio Oversight, this position drives strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and advisory services to senior management. Salary range is expected to be between
$90,225.00 USD - $162,405.00 USD

- Collaborate with US Segment and Global partners for strategic planning and reporting.
- Deliver recommendations to senior management on strategic direction.
- Develop executive presentation materials and performance reports.
- Analyze business priorities and evaluate growth options.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct external research for strategic insights.
- Develop delivery roadmaps and support portfolio management reporting.
- Assist in strategic communications and support internal communication strategies.
- 3-5 years of progressively senior experience.
- Advanced degree in business or equivalent; management consulting experience is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong financial services business acumen.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scale transformations.
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Experience in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization.
