Program Overview · 2 or 3 rotations, each around 24 months · Rotations will allow you to gain invaluable work experience & knowledge of the Finance industry, working with teams of highly dedicated individuals across different areas of the organization. · Possible rotations can include Fund Financial Reporting, Taxation, Risk and Controls, Trust Accounting, Investment Accounting, and Securities Accounting · A competitive salary and company benefits, with CPA support including a CPA mentor, paid study time, financial support for the final exam, and CFE preparation support. How you’ll make an impact · Provide support and manage aspects of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis · Support a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing analysis of procedures and process automation · Collaborate with management to highlight possible risks and opportunities while taking the initiative to escalate issues impacting financial results · Support the needs of our evolving organization through the development of reports that provide new or additional information concerning financial and business performance What you’ll bring to the team · Graduating in 2024 from an accredited university and committed to attaining a CPA certification, and will be eligible for CPA PEP courses upon graduation · Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills · Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Self-starter and team player with a high level of initiative, strong work ethic, and the ability to gather, synthesize, organize, and report information · Strong proficiency in Excel · Aptitude to identify and make impactful recommendations, improve existing and developing new processes Application Instructions: · Please submit a resume, cover letter, and most recent transcript (unofficial transcripts are accepted) · In addition, please complete the supplemental questionnaire below, and attach it along with the requested documents.
