Vitality Strategy Implementation Lead

It is a catalyst for growth, transformational levels of customer engagement, improved policy holder behavior, and a source of greater customer lifetime value.Reporting to the US Vitality Strategy and Delivery Director, this position is accountable for supporting and executing Vitality program strategies, supporting program enhancement and program stability, internal reporting, voice-of-customer analysis, and monitoring steady state program operations and engagement.
