The Role:

As Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product vision. You will be responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap, from ideation to launch, leading digital product development teams, and working closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to ensure our products not only meet market needs but also drive growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Manyness’ business goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing product and technical teams, ensuring they have the resources to succeed.
• Foster an agile and lean product culture that maximizes customer value.
• Represent Manyness at industry conferences, strategic meetings, and business events.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine growth strategies, fundraising efforts, and identify new product opportunities.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and branding.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record as a CPO, CTO, or product leader in a technology startup (experience in AI, SaaS, or automation is a plus).
• 10 years of experience in product roadmap development and execution, with a history of successful product launches.
• 7 years leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of agile and lean methodologies in product development.
• Strong technical acumen to collaborate with engineering teams and understand product architecture (coding is not required but a technical background is preferred).
• Experience working in fast-growing startups and leading strategic decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and passion for innovation.
