Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst works closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance staff to provide level I/II application support for Microsoft NAV 2018/Business Central ERP and related integrated products for our growing, global organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply NAV/Business Central functional knowledge of modules such as manufacturing, warehousing, and finance to the complex business problems and provide consultancy part of the Global Systems and Analytics team
- Advocate for Operations staff in process design and hardware selection.
- Testing and documenting processes and application instructions
- Provide consultancy and support in analyzing application of ERP systems to Manzana’s operation requirements.
- Analyze business systems to align the ERP system with efficient business processes unique to Manzana.
- Maintain and perform NAV application configuration using Microsoft RAPID Start Services and provide support in installation and user sign offs
- Perform NAV system testing for the monthly release cycle and minor/major upgrades.
- Log support incidents, problems, updates and documentation in Zen Desk support system.
- Take an active role in ERP implementation projects including GAP/FIT Analysis, capturing business requirements, UAT, and post go-live support.
- Collaborate with contractors and external vendors in order to resolve issues.
