What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Manzanita Coffee Co?
Manzanita Coffee Co is looking for our next great team member to create beautiful, indulgent coffee drinks for our wonderful guests.
Barista or cafe experience is preferred but if you are a positive person and a great team player with great customer service skills we'd like to meet you!
The ideal candidate for our Barista position will have previous experience making and serving espresso drinks, enjoy interacting with customers, and be capable of working at a fast-paced and efficient cafe. The right candidate will be responsible for making coffees and other hot beverages and delivering orders in a timely manner, while ensuring that each customer's experience is positive. This is a great position for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy helping others.
Must be available to work Friday through Monday from early morning to early evening and be able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.
