We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our Landscape Management team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a strategic role that requires strong negotiation skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscape services industry to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence to aggressively grow the landscape maintenance division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, focusing on key decision makers.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop customized solutions for clients
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Goal driven, disciplined and focused
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive industry trends - Experience with Association involvement is a plus (BOMA, IREM, CAI, IFMA) - College degree in Business or Horticulture (or similar) and/or 3 years of proven sales experience is preferred.
