SUMMARY
Maryland and Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association (MDVA) is a growing company that is looking for a Customer Fulfillment Analyst to join our team.

As a Customer Fulfillment Analyst this individual is responsible for a broad range of planning activities to support the wider organization and customer interaction to ensure our valued customers’ needs are taken care of. This position will be a hybrid telecommuting role based out of the Herndon VA Corporate Office. The position will be expected to travel as needed.
We are searching for a talented Customer Fulfillment Analyst to ensure our company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, which requires an individual who can maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy while meeting the needs of the Company.
This position's primary functions are to provide statistical analysis of sales, inventory flow, and other data; modeling the data to predict future demand; and collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, salespeople, customers, and other stakeholders to gather information on events that could impact demand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide statistical analysis of sales, inventory, and other data.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Model data to predict future demand.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, salespeople, and other stakeholders to gather information on events that could affect demand, such as promotions and production delays.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly forecast maintenance.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle the entire order fulfillment process, including receiving, verifying, and processing orders, tracking shipments, and communicating with customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of experience in planning/forecasting role.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service/fulfilment role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or another related field.
