SUMMARY
The Recruiter is responsible for high-volume recruiting across several facilities across the company. This individual must be able to apply best practices in HR aligned with organizational policies and standards, as well as legal requirements. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, which requires an individual who can maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while meeting the needs of the organization.
As a recruiter, this individual will work to source and secure the best talent available. The individual is responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle; helping to build a strong employer brand; developing and executing a recruiting plan by studying the company's objectives and contractual obligations; and attracting high-performing, experienced candidates using multiple sources that build strong applicant resource channels.

- Performs routine tasks required in support of recruiting.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Performs full-cycle recruitment including advertisement, candidate sourcing, resume and application review, phone/video screening of qualified applicants, interviews and initiates employment offers.
- Identifies, explores, and executes effective tactics for sourcing and screening candidates.
- Builds and maintains talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
- Manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and utilizes organizational skills.
- Participates in all aspects of recruiting efforts and talent acquisition.
- Manages candidate care, including answering inquiries and facilitating employee processes.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Work as the primary point of contact on special projects as needed.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting for industrial roles and office roles in an organization with industrial operations. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting in an organization that maintains EEO compliance.
- Experience with Federal & State employment laws compliance.
- Experience in HR business process and employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
- At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
- UKG highly preferred.
- Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (BI/Dashboard).
