Job Description :

As an Automotive Technician, you will maintain vehicle functional condition by reading documented concerns, conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance, repairing mechanical, electrical and engine failures. Provides service consultant with diagnostics and documentation to support recommendations.

Job Responsibilities :

Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles.

Diagnose and address mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

Repair or replace vehicle components as needed.

Follow technical bulletins, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Conduct thorough multi-point and video inspections for customer review.

Ensure vehicles are safely positioned on lift equipment.

Complete accurate documentation of work performed.

Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and diagnose concerns.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Stay current on manufacturer and compliance certifications.

Collaborate with the parts and service departments to create accurate estimates.

Perform quality control checks on all completed repairs.

Expand knowledge through ongoing education and technical publications.
