As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment while representing our clients with pride by delivering a warm, professional experience to every caller. Whether you are answering calls, translating for a client, gathering/sharing important information, transferring to the right contact, or taking messages - every interaction is your opportunity to shine! You will be the voice that leaves a lasting impression and sets the standard for exceptional customer service. Bring your positive, can-do attitude, and let it shine through in every interaction!
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A friendly, welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone
- Excellent command of the English language, including strong spelling and grammar skills
- Proficiency with computers in a Windows-based environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Fluency in both Spanish and English with the ability to translate for clients on the line and relay information back to a secondary caller

Shifts Offered:

- Part-Time - 2nd Shift
- Full-Time - Overnight
- You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
- You must be very punctual with great attendance.
