Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. As a Concrete Restoration & Waterproofing Sales Specialist you will actively promote, develop, and assist in capturing opportunities within the CRS range of products. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in sales in the concrete restoration market, or related chemical or adhesives field to promote MAPEI product solutions through continuous development of specifications, local D.O.T. approvals and contractor relationship selling.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets set by the Company.
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospects and customers, demonstrating MAPEI’s value and solutions.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Drive sales growth through applicators and distribution channels.
- Lead contractor/distributor training on product knowledge, innovations, and field trials.
- Capture and relay customer insights to support product development and enhancements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customers, projects, and sales activities in MAPEI's CRM (D365).
- Identify and propose tailored MAPEI solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline of potential customers through strategic prospecting.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform competitive strategy and product innovation.
- Represent MAPEI at industry trade shows, including ICRI, SWRI, and ACI events, as well as key networking and customer meetings to enhance brand presence.
- .Maintain a safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as required.

- In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a sales incentive plan, your incentive pay is calculated as a variable percentage based on your budget-to-actual net sales attainment and paid on a monthly basis, with no cap on earnings potential, providing unlimited opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.

Qualifications
- External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
- Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet navigation.
