Join MAPEI Corporation as a QEHS Management Systems Manager, where you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Business Management System (BMS) across assigned sites. This role ensures compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards while promoting best practices in risk management, internal auditing, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the BMS across designated sites to ensure compliance with corporate and ISO standards.
- Coordinate the BMS internal audit program, ensuring timely and effective execution of audits.
- Conduct integrated internal audits and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist site leaders and QEHS MS Specialists (or QEHS MS Referents) in risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
- Manage BMS documentation, ensuring it accurately reflects company operations and is kept up to date.
- Support plant management in Management Reviews, Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), Service-Related Complaints (SRCs), and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
- Prepare reports using data analysis and statistical tools to drive fact-based decision-making.
- Supervise Environmental Health and Safety Programs in Deerfield Beach
- Adhere to all policies, procedures and instructions as defined in our Quality Management System (QMS), Employee Handbook, Health and Safety manual, or any other instruction issued by the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in QEHS management systems, audits, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
- Experience in internal auditing and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint within a Windows environment.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to travel required.
