Qualifications and Requirements
Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination are essential qualifications. Manufacturing/process experience, particularly forklift certification, is also beneficial. High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication skills and ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently; and up to 100 lbs with assistance, are necessary. Able to stand for extended periods and flexibility for overtime and shift hours are required.
