We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Business Intelligence team. This is a highly visible role that requires regular attendance at our location.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and managing processes, people, and projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional projects using advanced data analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
- Developing and supervising analyst-level employees and/or subordinate managers
- Ensuring accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes
- Implementing quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements
A minimum of 4-6 years' experience or equivalent related knowledge is required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field.
