As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of BI Analysts to ensure timely and accurate reports and analysis used to drive strategy across the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing numerous processes, people, and projects arising from various functional areas simultaneously
- Developing and supervising analyst-level employees and/or subordinate managers
- Ensuring accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes
- Organizing and driving successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees
You will also be responsible for implementing quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements. A minimum of 4-6 years' experience or equivalent related knowledge is required.
