We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Claims Business Intelligence & Analytics Reporting team. This is a highly visible role, requiring regular attendance at our location.
The Senior Manager will oversee the planning, prioritization, and management of processes, people, and projects. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in analytics and a passion for developing and mentoring the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects arising from various functional areas simultaneously
- Develop and supervise analyst-level employees and/or subordinate managers
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes
- Implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements
A minimum of 4-6 years' experience or equivalent related knowledge is required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field.
