The focus for this role is Massachusetts with a focus on homeowner.
Responsible to drive strategic vision and of state growth and profitability. Overlook the state business health and take appropriate actions
Develop underwriting and inspection strategy by forms
Leads the strategy and execution of state pricing, underwriting, forms and regulatory filings
Leads the continuous improvement of data & analytics
Managing a team
Education : Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred.
Experience : 9 - 11 years or Master's Degree equivalent plus 7 - 9 years.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Three or more years of supervisory / managerial experience. Expertise in personal lines essential. Experience developing and implementing products, underwriting and coverage programs.
