The Senior Program Manager position is responsible for setting the enterprise-wide strategy for leadership and critical role development. Together in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners and global talent development colleagues, this role will identify strengths and opportunities in our talent development practices and recommend solutions that will deliver the greatest value for our business.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience
Experience:
8 years of experience or equivalent related knowledge

The Senior Program Manager position is responsible for setting the enterprise-wide strategy for leadership and critical role development. - In partnership with senior leaders and internal stakeholders, develop long-term talent strategies for leadership development and critical role development.
- Independently scope, design, and deliver talent development programs that address leadership, self-awareness, collaboration, analytical thinking, innovation, technical skills, and other topic areas.
- Proactively consult with leaders to identify, diagnose and problem solve organizational effectiveness opportunities while building positive, value-added relationships with all clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to design and deliver instructor-led, e-learning, micro-learning and performance support programs and resources.
- Design and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Design and execute processes and programs to increase awareness of employee skill strengths and weaknesses, improve role clarity and promote self-directed development.
- Design and administer high-touch executive assessment, learning and coaching programs.
- Facilitate instructor-led programs for employees, managers and executives in a way that provides a high-quality learner experience while achieving learning objectives.
- Provide guidance and direction to more junior talent development employees.
- Manage the relationships with select third-party vendors and collaborate with the MAPFRE USA Vendor Management Office following all procedures and budgets.
