Job description
Maple Avenue Printing and Embroidery, a national leader in decorated apparel & promotional items for 35 years, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a new position, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales support, strong communication skills, and a positive Team first attitude.
You will engage directly with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. As a key member of our Team, you'll communicate with both existing and former customers, while also reaching out to potential customers within our niche market.
This is a full-time, Inhouse position, Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Establishes professional and responsive relationships with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction and continued business.
Follows up with customers to ensure the company is meeting or exceeding the service level.
Ensure on-time order delivery.
Acts as a liaison between customer and internal team members to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization.
Works closely with order entry department to ensure order submittal perfection to our Production Team
Participating in special projects.
Other duties as required in support of the company and/or sales division.

Requirements:
3 years with work experience as a Client Support Specialist or similar relevant role
Marketing experience
A working knowledge and understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Windows
Experience in the screen printing, embroidery or promotional product business preferred (we will train those without experience)
Must be able to work effectively in a Team environment and independently
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Bi-Lingual not required, but a PLUS
