Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Ensure that all items are properly stored and organized in designated areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
