Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Clubhouse Staff. As a Clubhouse Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clubhouse facilities. This is a dynamic position that requires a diverse skill set and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests to the clubhouse in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with guest inquiries, providing information about club activities, events, and amenities - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including common areas, restrooms, and event spaces - Set up and tear down for events, including arranging furniture, decorations, and audiovisual equipment - Assist with food service during events, ensuring guests are served promptly and courteously - Monitor clubhouse activities to ensure compliance with club policies and procedures - Respond to guest concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operation of the clubhouse Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred - Cash handling experience is a plus - Experience in public speaking or theater is beneficial - Lifeguard certification is desirable but not required - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations professionally - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
