What You Will Do

Prepare items for service which include, but is not limited to, sushi, maki, nigiri and sashimi

Butcher whole fish and cut, trim and prepare consumer-sized portions of fish
Qualifications
What You Will Need

3 years of sushi experience

Excellent knife skills which include sushi and sashimi knives
-
High end level restaurant experience is a must

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality

Ability to work well in a systems-driven environment

Attention to detail and commitment to quality
