Maple Knoll Apartments in beautiful Westfield, Indiana is seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Service Manager to lead our maintenance team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, HVAC with combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. This individual must be a hands-on leader, capable of managing the day-to-day operations while motivating and developing the maintenance team.
Requirements;
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance role residential property management.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, hands-on attitude.
Dependable, professional, and committed to getting the job done.
Certified Pool Operator
EPA Certified
Valid Driver's License
