What we’re looking for…
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to support our sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service. This role involves assisting with the coordination of sales activities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
About the Position
Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Assist the sales function with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team in tracking and managing sales leads and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain an organized filing system for sales-related documents.

Education & Experience
- Preferred prior experience in logistics and/or international business experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Ability to write/speak/read Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is a strong asset.
