Maple Leaf Childcare is looking for a loving, reliable assistant and lead toddler teacher at our Burnt Hills location. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptive and has strong leadership skills. Along with having a love for working with children, candidates should be organized and have great attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Engaging with and caring for children from 18 months to 3 years old.
- Help the lead teacher implement hand on lesson plans and activities with the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and administrators.
- Assist the lead teacher with the completion of all classroom paperwork , cleaning, bulletin boards, and duties

Qualification Requirements:
- Valid CDA or Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field (Lead teachers)
and
- At least two years of childcare experience. (minimum for assistant teachers)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (higher end of this scale is for fully qualified lead teachres with early childhood classroom lead experience)
