Serenade Manufacturing Support Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Enter production information into VAI, CAT2, and D365 systems and close MO’s in accurate and timely manner.

2. Enter production labor by MO and maintain tracking for reporting to accounting.

3. Distribute daily production reports based on date compiled.

4. Apply and maintain WIP inventory. (i.e. adjustments, usage, and control in multiple systems).

5. Validate production and material usage for completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.

6. Confer with supervisors, management, and accounting to resolve inaccuracies.

7. Maintain files of documents used and prepared for 2 complete years plus current year.

8. Supports and assists Improvement and Production Managers as required with data entry, data validation and reporting.

9. Perform related duties as required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Work requires knowledge of or ability to learn several software packages including, but not limited to, CAT2, D365, word processing, spreadsheets, specialized databases, and presentation programs. Work also requires basic knowledge of raw materials, production process, quality control, and costs.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills

2. Accuracy in data entry/validation and ability to prepare reports in specified formats

3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

4. Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals and situations

5. Working knowledge of computers, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

6. Requires knowledge of the basic principles of accounting

7. Knowledge and skills are typically acquired through the completion of a high school education

8. Associates degree preferred

WORKING CLIMATE:

Work may be sedentary or actively performed in an office environment with occasional exposure to the manufacturing areas. Position may entail standing, lifting, moving, and climbing.
