We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Maple Meadows. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Duties:
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks as assigned
- Assist in troubleshooting logic controllers and reading schematics
- Support in welding and fabrication projects
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
- Provide supervision and leadership to maintenance staff
- Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with internal teams
Skills:
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices
- Ability to work with logic controllers and interpret schematics
- Experience in welding and fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with CMMS for maintenance tracking
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
