Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Medical Assistant role located in Lake Oswego, OR. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to medical assisting, patient care, medical office operations, and maintaining medical records. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Prepare / review patient charts, room patients, complete required intake forms, take vital signs, document patient medical information and assist with patient exams and procedures as needed, for assigned physicians.
- Maintain patient exam rooms, change bed paper, remove soiled linen, remove bio-hazard and generally keep room in clean, sanitary, condition.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and/or assist provider on an as needed basis
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Place orders for imaging, DME, and regenerative medicine
- Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Phlebotomy and procedure assisting
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Current BLS or CPR certification

Pay Range:
- $20-$24 per hour - depending on experience
