Maple Seed Farms is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Our services bridge the gap for children, teens, and young adults transitioning through the different stages of life. From the farmhouse to the pool house to the barn, our 6-acre site offers unique opportunities for a variety of service offerings including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, job skills development and daily living skills acquisition.
We are seeking team members who are dynamic, resourceful, and enthusiastic to provide ABA therapy. Pay is competitive and based on your experience and qualifications.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, your duties will include:
- providing 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism and/or other developmental or intellectual disabilities
- teaching communication, social, self-help, and other necessary skills
- maintaining data collected during a session
- effectively communicating with parents/caregivers while preserving confidentiality
- cultivating a positive, enthusiastic atmosphere
Supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be provided to ensure each individual's progress.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
This role will require the candidate to complete a 40 hour training and a competency assessment, then taking the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification exam and becoming certified during the first 60 days of employment. All training and the competency assessment are completed by Maple Seed Farms.
