In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that both new and pre-owned Mazda’s are in pristine condition for customers. Responsibilities:
- Detail and clean both new and used Mazda vehicles, inside and out, to maintain a high standard of presentation.
- Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriors to maintain a showroom shine.
- Vacuum, clean, and sanitize vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and windows.
- Inspect vehicles for damages and report them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure that all vehicles are in excellent condition before customer delivery or display.
- Apply protective coatings, such as paint sealants, to vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with the management of vehicle inventory and movement within the dealership.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a similar role preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job (standing, bending, and lifting).
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors and with cleaning chemicals.
