Job Summary
Maple Winds Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This per diem position offers flexibility with overnight, weekend shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with daily living activities and routine care. You will also conduct resident/patient treatments, administer medication as prescribed, and accurately document all information. Additional responsibilities include giving injections of medication, observing resident health, taking vital signs, providing basic care, managing IVs, monitoring fluid/food intake and output, and reporting incidents or skin breakdowns. You will also assist with admissions as directed.
