What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Manager/Recruiter position at Maple Woods Manor?
Maple Woods Manor is looking for a staffing manager/ recruiter responsible for assisting Human Resources with recruiting of CNA's, as well as assisting with the schedule. This position is a building manager, responsible for assisting the Nursing Home Administrator with holding employees accountable.
Wage Information:
- $20.85/hour - $24.85/hour
- Including an additional $0.85/hour indirect care employer pay until 9/30/25
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment & Interviewing for CNA's
- Assisting with the Master & Daily Nursing Schedules
- Assist the HR manager & schedular with anything else as needed
- License verification & background checks
- Time card review & adjustments
- Maintaining confidentially

Qualified Candidates will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience
- A background in interviewing is preferred but not required
- Prior Long Term Care Experience
