What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact)
Design & Analysis : You'll be responsible for designing and analyzing civil and structural systems, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and best engineering practices.
Structural Modeling & Simulation : You'll use cutting-edge software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or your favorite!) to model and simulate structural performance under different conditions.
Collaboration with Architects & Engineers : Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions.
Code Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and project specifications. You'll also create detailed reports and technical documentation.
Project Involvement from Start to Finish : Be a part of projects from conceptual design through to completion, playing a key role in making visions a reality.
Innovative Problem-Solving : Whether its optimizing materials for sustainability, improving cost efficiency, or addressing unique structural challenges, you'll be at the forefront of engineering innovation.
What We are Looking For
Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
3 years of experience in civil / structural design (if you've got skills, we care more about that than years!).
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools.
Deep understanding of structural analysis, load calculations, and material behavior.
Familiarity with U.S. building codes (IBC, ACI, ASCE, AISC, or others depending on specialty).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Strong communication skills; you'll be working with a team that values collaboration!
