Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on-site across various projects, ensuring technical oversight, quality assurance, and seamless coordination between field teams and project stakeholders. You will play a key role in executing engineering tasks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily field operations, ensuring construction and engineering activities align with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance to contractors and site personnel, ensuring efficient execution of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and compliance audits to confirm adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site engineering challenges, mitigating risks and minimizing project delays.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, technical issues, and corrective actions while preparing detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely project completion.
- Assist with commissioning, testing, and verification of systems and structures before project handover, ensuring functionality and performance meet design specifications.
- Promote and enforce safety standards, conducting risk assessments and ensuring site personnel follow proper protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall project execution.
