As a Project Manager, you'll lead multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations. You'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with clients, engineers, and on-site teams to drive successful project execution

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects across diverse industries, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and oversee project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all deliverables align with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and contractors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, generate reports, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Ensure all projects reflect MapleCraft Engineers' commitment to excellence, innovation, and industry best practices.

Qualification

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, project management or any related field, ensuring a strong foundation in engineering principles and project execution.
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in civil infrastructure, transportation, Architectural or structural engineering.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of construction methods, project lifecycle management, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Showcase strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams of engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to achieve project objectives.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities , with the capability to assess challenges, implement solutions, and adapt to changing project demands in high-pressure environments.
  • Possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills, enabling seamless interaction with clients, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Have a flexible and travel-ready mindset, with the ability to visit project sites, conduct field inspections, and oversee construction activities across various locations.
  • Show a strong commitment to c ontinuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency.

    Pay : $103,000.00 - $121,000.00 per year
