- Develop and oversee project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all deliverables align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and contractors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
