Job Summary:
The Sales Specialistreports to the Sales Management Teamand is directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers that result in vehicle sales. Job responsibilitiesinclude (but are not limited to):
- Overall
- Build customer relations with existing and new guests
- Deliver top-notch customer service from the first touch-point to on-going follow-up
- Maintain a professional look and attitude in the workplace at all times
- Active Outreach to Customers
- Work with ECommerce and Sales teams to ensure proper use of CRM system, including (but not limited to): fulfilling and logging daily, weekly and monthly tasks, making calls, and following-up with customers on an ongoing basis
- Provide specific vehicle information to customers
- Accurately log sources
- Ensure accurate and detailed follow-up as per the customer's wants and needs
- Goals and Expectations
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals as set by Sales Management Team
- Report to the Sales Management Teamstatus of objectives, planned activities, and customer concerns
- Training and Education
- Ensure product knowledge of all vehicles and maintain all certifications, as per Maplecrestand Ford Motor Company standards
- Abide by Maplecrest Company Expectations
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, vendors, and suppliers
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Experience providing quality customer service
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
- Computer literacy
- Professional presentation
- Clean driving record andvalid driver's license
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Spanish speaking a plus
- High school diploma / Some college a plus
