Job Summary :
The Sales Specialist reports to the Sales Management Team and is directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers that result in vehicle sales. This vital role must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to work independently to build his / her business (with warm leads).
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Overall
Build customer relations with existing and new guests.
Work with ECommerce and Sales teams to ensure proper use of CRM system, including (but not limited to) : fulfilling and logging daily, weekly and monthly tasks, making calls, and following-up with customers on an ongoing basis.
Meet weekly and monthly sales goals as set by Sales Management Team.
Ensure product knowledge of all vehicles and maintain all certifications, as per Maplecrest and Ford Motor Company standards.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, vendors, and suppliers.
