About the Role
The Corporate Administrator reports to the Senior Vice President – Entity Services and supports the Entity Services Team. The ideal candidate, working with both local and global teams, will contribute directly to delivering first class service to our clients who are leading international private equity groups. Primary responsibilities include:
- Interact with global team members as well as our clients and their counsel, and ensure that all entity management tasks are carried out in accordance with our service agreements and protocols.
- This includes the handling client enquiries and service requests in a timely manner, processing incoming client correspondence, preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Maintaining, auditing and reporting on the corresponding data in an entity management database.

- The individual must also be a self- starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;
- This role is suited for an individual with 1-2 years’ of experience in a professional services environment;
- Strong written and verbal skills are required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred;
- The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential.
