- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and joint injections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Skills:
- Proficient in IV insertion
- Experienced in airway management
- Knowledgeable in dementia care
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system
- Competent in utilization management practices
- Proficient in using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Skilled in infection control protocols
- Familiarity with clinical research processes
- Ability to phlebotomize for laboratory testing
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
