We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to lead our healthcare team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate effectively with medical staff across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for clinical operations within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
- Oversee patient care protocols, including airway management and vital signs monitoring.
- Collaborate with specialists in areas such as psychiatry, CT imaging, and neonatal ventilator management.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
- Conduct regular evaluations of clinical staff performance and provide mentorship.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in the development of clinical programs that address community health needs.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric neuropsychology and neonatal care practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff and patients.
