Position Summary: The Business Development Representative will identify and engage potential clients, understanding their IT needs and challenges, while cultivating strong relationships. They will manage the sales process, collaborate with marketing, and maintain a thorough knowledge of MapleTronics products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through research, networking, and outbound strategies.
  • Engaging Prospective Clients: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and IT needs, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships.
  • Effective Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software and move leads through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Collaboration and Events: Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies, generate qualified leads, and participate in marketing events.
  • Reporting and Market Analysis: Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, prospect feedback, and market trends.
  • Product Knowledge and Professional Growth: Maintain a working knowledge of MapleTronics products and services, and be actively involved in a professional growth plan.
