We are looking for CNAs/CMAs who possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Experience working with seniors or individuals with memory care needs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Active CNA or CMA certification
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in memory care is a plus
