Job Summary:
The Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services to residents at Maplewood Senior Living. This position assists the Resident Services Director with implementing, coordinating, and delivering nursing services that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct care and service to residents
- Health Promotion
- Participation in assessments under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RN)
- Support of residents and families
- Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants
- Training of associates and auditing of care
Requirements:
- Two years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
- Experience working with older adults
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members
- In good physical and emotional health
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
