LPN Wellness Nurse:
Maplewood at Chardon LLC is seeking an experienced LPN Wellness Nurse to join our team. This is a part-time position, working every other weekend.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will assist the Resident Services Director with the implementation, delivery, and coordination of nursing services in the community. Key responsibilities include direct care and service to residents, health promotion, participation in assessments, support of residents and families, oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants, training of associates, and auditing of care.
Requirements:
- Two years full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience
- Experience working with older adults
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, peers, and staff members
- In good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases
