Maplewood at Chardon LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Medication administration
- Direct care and services to residents
- Teaching and counseling on wellness and health promotion
- Assessment participation under the supervision of the Resident Services Director
- Supporting residents and their families
- Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants
- Training and auditing of care
Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed in the state
- Two years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks up to 50lbs
- Positive working relationships with residents, families, peers, and staff members
