Position Summary: The Receptionist (Concierge) provides a positive first impression to all who enter the community. Answers/screens incoming telephone, routes call and takes messages, as appropriate. Receives/processes mail for staff. Accept all outgoing mail/packages. Maintains and updates log of all emergency phone numbers. The Concierge serves as an ambassador to the community and supports the Business Office Manager in meeting his/her responsibility for overall administration of the community. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the Danbury Community. Concierge also Assists in sales process by performing tasks in support of special events and tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides positive first impression to all who enter the community.
- Assists managers with various clerical responsibilities
- Answers and screens all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, Routes calls
and takes messages, as appropriate
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
- High School Diploma required
- Must have word processing and clerical skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities
