Position Summary : The Certified Nursing Aide is essential in delivering outstanding care and services to our residents who require hands-on support. Our facility at Danbury is offering opportunities for Full-time, Part-time, and per diem positions across all shifts. Current CT Nurse's Aide Registration Required. Maplewood Senior Living conducts pre-employment screening, including background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support residents with daily care needs such as bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility assistance.
- Engage with residents through conversation, interaction, and participation in programs and activities.
- Collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure all resident care needs are met with attention and compassion.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment, assisting residents in keeping their rooms organized.
