Position Summary :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care and supporting the overall operation of our Resident Care Services. You will assist the Resident Services Director in providing outstanding health and wellness services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and provide direct care to residents.
- Deliver teaching and wellness counseling to enhance resident health.
- Engage in health promotion initiatives and participate in resident assessments under supervision.
- Support residents and their families, fostering positive relationships.
- Oversee and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality care.
- Conduct training sessions and audits to uphold care standards.
- Complete required monthly in-service training to maintain compliance.
