We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Maplewood at Newtown LLC. As an LPN, you will work closely with our Resident Services Director to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Provide direct care and support to residents
- Teach health and wellness education to residents
- Participate in assessments and develop care plans under the supervision of the RN
- Support residents and their families
**Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the State
- Two years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
- Experience working with older adults
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs
- In good physical and emotional health
